Gary Lennon, the acclaimed showrunner of Power Book IV: Force, is expanding his creative footprint at Starz with the development of a new eight-episode crime drama titled Los Feliz.
Written entirely by Lennon, the series is set in the namesake Hollywood neighborhood and centers on an “emotional, high-stakes” affair that shatters friendships, marriages, and careers, ultimately culminating in a murder case that divides an entire community. This project highlights Starz’s ongoing strategy to invest in fast-paced, emotionally resonant crime narratives that captivate a broad audience.
In addition to Los Feliz, Lennon remains a central figure in the ever-growing Power universe, currently developing a new spin-off titled Power: Legacy, which will see Joseph Sikora and Michael Rainey Jr. reprising their iconic roles as Tommy Egan and Tariq St. Patrick.
This comes alongside the highly anticipated prequel series Power: Origins, featuring Spence Moore II and Charlie Mann as younger versions of Ghost and Tommy. Together, these projects solidify Lennon’s influence on the network’s slate, bridging the gap between established franchises and fresh, original dramas.
