Produced by Karga7 Pictures and directed by Hülya Gezer, Alıkara invites viewers on a suspenseful journey stretching from the cold corridors of the homicide unit to the darkest depths of the human psyche. Written by Eylem Canpolat and Bengü Üçüncü, the script transcends standard crime procedurals, promising a profound psychological thriller.

At the core of the series are two extraordinary characters whose paths cross through devastating tragedies. Miray Daner portrays Işık And, a forensic psychologist who relies on logic to navigate life and specializes in decoding the human mind. Opposite her, Halit Özgür Sarı stars as Deniz Baran Dağ, a homicide captain carrying the heavy burden of profound childhood losses. The sudden disappearance of Işık’s father and the suspicious death of Deniz’s beloved niece, Neşe, seal the fates of these two professionals around the same unsolved grief.

On one side is a homicide detective tracking physical clues; on the other is a forensic psychologist analyzing the labyrinth of human behavior. With every step bringing them closer to the dark secrets of their own pasts, they are drawn into a dangerous investigation where faith clashes with science, and intuition collides with logic. Featuring a stellar supporting cast including Sezin Akbaşoğulları, Fatih Al, and Yaprak Medine, Alıkara will soon premiere on TOD with its gripping, crime-driven atmosphere.
