Netflix is elevating its creative partnership with bestselling author Harlan Coben through a dark, crime-driven drama series centered on his most iconic investigator, Myron Bolitar, a character featured across 12 hit novels.
Showrunners and executive producers David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies, Presumed Innocent) and Kyle Long (Suits) are steering the adaptation into a gritty thriller, with Greg Yaitanes (House of the Dragon) directing multiple episodes to cement its intense cinematic tone.
Colin Woodell stars as Myron Bolitar, a former NBA prospect whose career was violently cut short by injury, forcing him to reinvent himself as a sports agent—only to find that his real talent lies in navigating the criminal underbelly of the athletic industry.
Flanked by his dangerous, ultra-privileged, and fiercely loyal partner Win Lockwood (KJ Apa) and his street-smart right hand Esperanza Diaz (Diane Guerrero), Myron routinely crosses the line from contract negotiations into hazardous street-level detective work.
The plot plunges the trio into a high-stakes labyrinth of blackmail, corporate corruption, and murder as protecting their clients quickly evolves into a desperate struggle for survival. The crime thriller currently has no official premiere date on Netflix.
