Professor T Season 4 has made a strong return to ITV1, attracting 1.61 million viewers and a 17.6% audience share while topping the most-streamed shows on ITVX.
The fourth season of the British crime series Professor T premiered on ITV1 on August 20, bringing Ben Miller back as the brilliant but eccentric Professor Jasper Tempest.
Set in the university city of Cambridge, the series follows Professor T as he uses his exceptional insight and analytical skills to help the police solve complex crimes.
What Is Professor T Season 4 About?
Six months after the dramatic Season 3 finale, the new season finds the team struggling with grief while facing a new series of dangerous cases.
Dan throws himself into his work under DCI Goswami, while Jasper unexpectedly begins avoiding the police. His therapist, Dr. Helena Goldberg, steps in to help but soon finds herself questioning her own integrity.
The police team also welcomes a new member, DC Chloe Highsmith. Meanwhile, the Dean is surprised by the return of Zelda, Adelaide’s sister and Jasper’s aunt. And while romance may be on the horizon, even Professor T could find himself caught up in matters of the heart.
The fourth season stars Ben Miller, Frances De La Tour, Juliet Stevenson, and Barney White. It is directed by Dries Vos and Kaat Beels.
